As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Odus may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Odus Henline and Erma Henline; his wife Jane Beatrice Eskridge (Bobo); his stepsons, Shannon Eskridge and Joshua Eskridge; and his granddaughters, Kayla and Shayna Eskridge.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Newman Funeral Homes (1100 Memorial Dr, Oakland, MD 21550).
