He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin L. Slaybaugh and May L. Slaybaugh (Kruppenbach); and his sister Cathy Slaybaugh. He is survived by: his siblings, Mark S. Slaybaugh (Mary Beth) of Birdsboro and Donna K. (William Angstadt) of Nottingham, PA; his nieces, Jessica and Kylie; and his nephew Brandon.
