It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darlene T. Swisher of Georgetown, Pennsylvania, born in Conowingo, Maryland, who passed away on April 13, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husbands, George L. Swisher and John G. Lawrence; her parents, Earvil Eastridge and Lydia McGuigan Eastridge; and her brother Sonny Eastridge.

She is survived by : her daughters, Terry L. (Victor Aulestia) of Lancaster, Dawn M. (Gary Fromm) of Strasburg and Tracy A. Joe of Quarryville; her granddaughters, Christine Levy, Angie Nesbitt, Rachel Kellner, Sara Lewis and Amanda Fromm; and her siblings, Susie McClure of Oklahoma, Allen Eastridge of Texas and Roger Eastridge (Richard Johnson) of Delaware. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.

Viewing was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Shivery Funeral Home - Christiana (111 Elizabeth St, Christiana, PA 17509). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Shivery Funeral Home (111 Elizabeth St, Christiana, PA 17509).
