He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kehoe DeVries; his sons, Arjen Norman DeVries (Brenda Janairo) of Pasadena, CA, Jonathan Harmen DeVries (Nicola Mammes) of Philadelphia, PA and Zachary Thomas DeVries (Aliya Zhamanbieke) of Beijing, China; his siblings, Harold DeVries of Burlington Flats, NY and Alice Martin of Newton, NJ; and his grandchildren, Julien and Sander.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the First Presbyterian Church of Allentown (3231 Tilghman St, Allentown, PA 18104). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
