She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Richardson and Lillie Welsh; and her husband William Miller. She is survived by: her children, David F. Kelly of Gettysburg, PA and Barbara A. Fuhrman of Hanover, PA.. She is also survived by four grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
