She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas A. and Mary A. Smith (Muldoon); her son Matthew R. Eyler; and her siblings, Peter Smith, Thomas A. Smith, Daniel Smith and Marilyn Malec.
She is survived by: her children, Francis R. Eyler, Jr. (Melissa) and Melanie E. Eyler; her grandchildren, Michaela Eyler, Benjamin Eyler, Jeremiah Eyler, Jacob Smith, Abigail Wallen, Brittany Barocio and Nikki Eyler; her great grandchildren, Cataleya, Toretto, Xavier and Jayden; her brother Richard E. Smith; and her daughter-in-law Heather Eyler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kenworthy Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (66 E Hanover St, Gettysburg, PA 17325). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church (12 E Hanover St, Gettysburg, PA 17325).
