He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Price Hornby. He is survived by: his children, Christina Elizabeth Urego of Los Angeles, California and Mark David Hornby; his daughter-in-law Brittany DeCroes Hornby of Purcellville, Virginia; and his granddaughters, Leigh and Hayden.
