She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Sites and Marty E. Cease Tipton. She is survived by: her children, Tasha L. Smith and Jonathan W. Wolfe; and her siblings, Candy Walters, Dale Sites, Edward Sites, Tammy Swisher and Cathy Silvestro. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
