She was predeceased by : her parents, John B. Kump and Dorothy L. Kump (Wingert); and her brothers, Gary, Mike and John Kump.

She is survived by : her husband Roy L. Stapleton of Gettysburg; her children, Lianne M. Hauf (John) of Arendtsville and Troy D. Stapleton of Gettysburg; and her grandchildren, Cheyenne Hauf and Bruce Hauf.
