She was predeceased by: her parents, Delphus C. Dubs and Rubie Kump Dubs Little; her husband Earl R. Menchey; her sister Rubie R. Gebhart; and her son-in-law Carroll Rebert.
She is survived by: her children, Delphine Menchey Rebert of Hanover, PA, Carol Menchey Kessel (Neil Kessel, Jr.) of Hanover, PA and Lee R. Menchey of Manchester, NH; her grandchildren, Treber Rebert (Julia), Julie Smith (Dwayne), Janette Kessel and Troy Rebert; her great grandchildren, Aaron Smith, Zachary Rebert, Curtis Kirby, Isabel Rebert and Colton Rebert; and her great great grandchildren, Layla and Gavin Smith.
