He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Penor and Doris Trogdon Penor. He is survived by: his children, Ashley Penor of Gettysburg, PA and Jerry Penor of Lancaster, PA; his stepdaughter Jennifer Peck; his grandchildren, Jacob Weaver, Landen Heflin, Parker Crawford, Mia Crawford, Trevor Crawford and Blaine Weaver; and his great grandchildren, Leo Crawford and Sky Crawford.
