He was predeceased by: his parents, Emory Scott and Edith Guise (Lobaugh); and his siblings, Ruth Guise, Robert Guise, Mary Heisey, Virginia Murtorff, Esther Yost and Dale Guise.
He is survived by: his wife Marie B. Guise (May); his daughter Barbara D. Guise; his sisters, Ethel Beck of Leola, PA, Lola Klinger of Dillsburg and Laura Mansberger of Dover, PA; and his sister-in-law Janice Guise of Carlisle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
