She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas M. Smith; her parents, John Cleveland and Anna Mary Plaine (Schiller); and her children, Darryl T. Smith, Wanda Jeffers and John Smith.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Tim Smith (Kathleen) of Jessup, MD, Tina Williams (Matt) of Orrtanna, Jessica Murphy (Scott) of Glenville, Rebecca Layton of Littlestown and Lucynda Shaffer of Littlestown. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren and many loving extended family members and friends.
