He was predeceased by: his wife Delores Hartlaub (Flemmens); his parents, Gerald C. Hartlaub and Hilda M. Hartlaub (Martz); and his siblings, Burnell, Earl, Gerald and Kathleen Palmer.
He is survived by: his daughter Shirley Humbert.
