He was predeceased by: his parents, John Oswald Roach and Mary Clark Roach; and his brother John O. Roach, II. He is survived by: his wife Susan Roach of Gettysburg; his sons, Edward Roach (Sharon Berkowitz) of Dayton and Andrew Roach (Stacey) of Timonium, Maryland; and his sister Sara F. Roach of Charleston.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. James Lutheran Church (109 York St, Gettysburg, PA 17325). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the Adams County Foundation or the National Park Foundation.
