She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester H. Perry and Margaret Knowlson Perry; and her husband Alfred L. LeVan, Jr.. She is survived by: her brother John L. Perry of Camp Hill, PA; her sons, James A. LeVan (Mary Beth) of East Berlin, PA and Matt LeVan (Gina) of Biglerville, PA; and her grandchildren, Thurlow Null LeVan (Nicole) of Chesapeake, VA and Demetria LeVan of Virginia Beach, VA. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
