She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Neary and Faye Neary (Leppo); and her son Chris Oyler. She is survived by: her husband Phillip M. Wisotzkey; her sons, Randy Oyler of Colorado and Craig Oyler of Gettysburg; her stepchildren, Beth Sterner of Spring Grove, PA and Todd Wisotzkey of Elizabethtown, PA; and her brother David Neary of Arizona. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, many great grandchildren.
