He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Defeo, Sr. and Marjorie Ruth Defeo (Turner); his wife Nancy M. Defeo; and his half-brother Charles Battreal. He is survived by: his stepson Christopher Monzi (Julie) of Gettysburg; and his stepgrandchildren, Emily, Abigail and Scott.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church (12 E Hanover St, Gettysburg, PA 17325). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
