She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond K. Mummert and Elizabeth M. Mummert (Lau); her sons, Craig S. Melhorn and Scott Melhorn; and her siblings, Tonya S. "Toni" Gotwalt and Richard G. Mummert.
She is survived by: her husband John E. Kuhn; her children, Ashley Melhorn (Cathy) of Abbottstown, PA, Kimberly Brown (Don) of Littlestown, PA, Eva Sanders (Andrew) of Littlestown, PA and Tony Kuhn of West Virginia; her grandchildren, Samantha, Michael, Daniele of Alex, TJ, Zack, Andrew, Johnny and Tasha; her great grandchildren, Clayton, Chloe, Layla, Dominic, Maddi, Raylee, Lucas, Sophia and Tod; and her siblings, Deborah A. Reed (Charles) of Dover, PA, Tina Gross of York, PA, Gregory A. Mummert (Donna) of Dover, PA and Clifford S. Mummert (Tracy) of Dover, PA..
