He was predeceased by: his mother Sara Mendez; and his wife Ruth Neri. He is survived by: his father Luviano Neri-Santana of Gettysburg; his children, Alexander Neri, Elida Neri, Abigail Neri and Juan Neri, Jr.; his grandchildren, Alexia, Sophia, Josue, Natalia and Reina; and his siblings, Onelia, Petra, Elias and Cleofas.
