He was predeceased by: his parents, Ackland H. Merry and Stephanie B. Merry (Nock); and his great grandchild Mariah Rebekah McFadden. He is survived by: his daughters, Cathy (Michael Myers) of New Providence, Laurie Merry of Woodstock, VA, Linda (Craig Redding) and Myrellen. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
