It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Margaret M. Benner (Gettysburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 4, 2024, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy A. Mickley and Ester V. Mickley (Bittinger); her husband Lloyd E. Benner; and her siblings, Janet Hostetter, Mary Deveney, Betty Mickley, Sara Sandoe, Ken Mickley and Curvin Mickley.

She is survived by : her sons, Dave (Pam) of Fairfield, Rodger (Cathy Aker) of Gettysburg and Jim (Bev) of Fairfield. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter, along with many nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, Peggy requested donations to Lower Marsh Creek Presbyterian Church, 1865 Knoxlyn Rd, Gettysburg, PA 17325 or the American Heart Association National Center, 7272 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75231, Tax ID 13-5613797.
