She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George W. Foster and Margaret Gross Foster (Mardie); her husband Michael J. Strong; her children, Amy Strong Asfa (Saied) of Harrisonburg, VA, Brian P. Strong (Andrea) of York and John D. Strong (Erin) of Pittsburgh; her grandchildren, Daniel Strong, Aileen Strong, Ryan Asfa and Andrew Asfa; and her siblings, George, Daniel Foster, Susan Foster Watson, Thomas of Tarpon Springs, FL, Kenneth of Dover, PA and Patricia Foster Taylor (York). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mardie's memory to the James Forjan Endowment Fund at York Catholic High School or your local SPCA.
