He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Fissel and Nancy Shindledecker Fissel. He is survived by: his siblings, Sherry Warrenfeltz (Dwight) of Biglerville, PA, Debbie Naugle (Gregg) of Orrtanna, PA, Judy Duke (Dave) of Orrtanna, PA, Ray Fissel (Ellie) of South Mountain, PA, John Fissel (Tammy) of South Mountain, PA and Rob Fissel (Teresa) of Fayetteville, PA; his caregiver Gail Baker of Orrtanna, PA; his extended family, Donald Cool and Zachary Cool; and also, Markus Cool, Christian Cool and Travis Cool. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
