She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Weikert and Ethel Weikert (Overholtzer); her daughter Stephanie Lynch; and her brothers, Howard Weikert, Kenneth Weikert and Rickie Weikert.

She is survived by: her husband Robert Philips of Gettysburg; her daughters, Deb Souders (Carl) of Carlisle, PA and Teresa Santay (Chris) of Biglerville, PA; and her brothers, Jim Weikert of Gettysburg, PA and Larry Weikert (Renee) of Gettysburg, PA.. She is also survived by five grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, five great grandchildren, 10 step-great grandchildren.
