He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph and Beulah. He is survived by : his wife Joy Flinn; his children, Nanci Coscia of Oceanview, DE, Shawn Flinn (Bethany) of Gettysburg, PA and Kelli Flinn of Hanover, PA.; and his great grandchildren, Logan, Devin Jr., Kolt, Karson, Ayden and Octavia.
