He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel May Stahl (Drake) and Frank Adam Stahl; and his niece Nicole Romanelli. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Stahl (Krankowski); his children, Richard W. Stahl of Point and Genine Lundquist (Richard Lundquist) of Centreville, Virginia.; his grandchildren, Ryan Lundquist and Kristen Lundquist; his sister-in-law Diane Romanelli (Krankowski) of Whiting; his nieces, Michele Kohan (Romanelli), Suzanne Brennan (Romanelli) and Stephanie Fumo (Romanelli); and his nephew Michael Romanelli.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to St. Francis Xavier Church in memory of Richard.
