She is survived by: her husband James E. Horne of Gettysburg; her children, J. Slade Horne (Michelle) of Spotsylvainia, VA, Tracy M. Mosher (Russ) of Gettysburg and April K. Deckert (Chad) of Gettysburg; and her siblings, Ross Fowler (Roberta) of Las Vegas, NV and Susan Boxwell (Dan) of Cedar Rapids, IA. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
