He is survived by: his daughter Angeline Noel Spangler-Brown (Mark); his grandsons, Jason Robert Spangler and Justin William Brown; his great grandchildren, Canaan, Evalynn, Gideon, Isabella and London; and his sister Linda Lee Spangler-Tucker (Gerald). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
