She was predeceased by: her husband Philip E. Moore. She is survived by: her children, Jeremy L. Moore of East Berlin and Jessica L. Jacobson (Jeremy Williams) of East Berlin; her grandchildren, Bailee E. Jacobson of East Berlin and Connor W. Jacobson of East Berlin; her siblings, Carol A. Starry (Bill) of York Springs, Kathy M. Byerly (Rick) of East Berlin and Butch M. Leas (Malinda) of Wellsville; and her pets, Molly, Shadow, Gypsy and Salem. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
