She is survived by: her husband David A. Churchill; her daughter Lisa Haasz of Elkins Park, PA; and her grandsons, Seth Henderson (Dorothea) of Annapolis, MD, David Rainey (Shelley) of Davidson, NC and Chad Henderson (Kristina) of North Canton, OH.. She is also survived by grandmother to her nine grandchildren.
