He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Hook and Ivy Wagaman (Bennett); and his sister Linda Wagaman. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline E. Hook (Rogers); his children, Amanda Staley of Aspers, PA and Troy Hook (Linda) of Marietta, CA; his grandchildren, Tyler Staley, Kyleigh Staley, Christopher Hook and Brandon Hook; and his great grandchild Willow Welch.
