She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin M. DeHaven and Della Grace DeHaven (Lutman); her spouse Barthal Speelman; her granddaughter Nancy Speelman; her great grandchild Landon Brown; her siblings, Louise Brown, Charles DeHaven, Elwood DeHaven and James DeHaven; and her half-brother Paul DeHaven.
She is survived by: her son Vernon Speelman (Joyce) of Gettysburg; her grandchildren, Francis Speelman (Shelley) of Gettysburg, Diane Steltzer (James) of Carlisle and Carolyn Slaybaugh (Brian) of Orrtanna; and her sister Evelyn James of Harpers Ferry, WV.. She is also survived by six great grandchildren, two step-great grandchildren, ten great great grandchildren, two step-great great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Lower Marsh Creek Presbyterian Church, 1865 Knoxlyn Rd., Gettysburg, PA 17325.
