He is survived by: his parents, Steven W. Small and Jennifer L. Small (Hubbard) of Gettysburg, PA.; his brother Caleb O. Villegas (Donovan) of Gettysburg, PA; and his grandparents, Chris, Roy Hubbard of York, PA and James F. Small, II of Boiling Springs, PA..
