It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willa Mae Heiser of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 7, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Augustus Tolley and Rosalie Tolley; and her husband David Graham Richardson. She is survived by : her daughter Brenda Waters (Thomas); her grandchildren, Thomas I. Waters, III (Laura) and Laura E. Class (Matthew); and her great grandchildren, NIcholas R. Custodio, Natalie P. Uhlman (Jesse), Kerri A. Waters and Thomas I. Waters, IV.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Willa can be made to Grane Hospice Care 1200 Camp Hill Bypass, Suite 205, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011.
