He was predeceased by: his parents, Faustino Rodriguez and Carmenza Rodriguez; his brother Jaime Parraga; and his mother-in-law Margaret Wojcik. He is survived by: his wife Barb; his children, Erika, Joseph Skiscim, Jason, Athena Parraga and Luke Parraga; his grandchildren, Katrina, Tyler Skiscim, Taylor, Chase, Lex and Apollo Parraga; his grandson-in-law Stan; his grandchild Margy Freier; and his siblings, Alfredo, Lina Parraga, Augusto, Alba Lia Parraga, Patricia and Joe Manfredonia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Tuttle-Yeisley Funeral Home, Inc. (25 Susquehanna Ave, Hallstead, PA 18822). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Gibson United Methodist Church.
