He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Lincoln and Betty Jane Fleck (Albright); and his stepparents, Henrietta Fleck and Jerry McCall. He is survived by: his son Jeff Fleck; his grandchildren, Madison, Noah and Brianna Fleck; his brothers, Randy Fleck (Mary Ann) and Danny Fleck (Janice); his nieces, Julie Anne Fleck and Nat Chamberlin; and his goddaughter Kristen Sicilia Scioscia.
At Barry's request, a private military honors burial will be held at the Evergreen Cemetery in Gettysburg, PA and memorial contributions may be sent, in his name, to the Paralyzed Veterans of America online at https://secure.pva.org.
