He is survived by: his son Michael Woods (Elizabeth); his siblings, Joanne Kisiel (Woods), J. Barry Woods, John P. Woods and Thomas E. Woods; and his siblings-in-law, Joanne Woods (Grublin), Kevin, Donna Ondo (Luptak), Kenneth and Debi Luptak. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
