He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Dean Matthew Julian II (Michele); his grandson Dean Matthew III; his son David Julian (Brandi); his grandsons, Dylon and Zachariah; his parents, James Julian and Phyllis Julian (Criswell); his brother-in-law John "Bo" Veres; and his niece Penni Veres Janetka. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins and a large extended family.
He also greatly benefited from his participation in the Rock Steady boxing program designed to enhance the wellbeing of people living with Parkinson's Disease.
