He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Spink and Frances Albertson Spink; and his wife Jacqueline Nelson Spink. He is survived by: his children, W. Craig Spink (Wendy) and Deborah Martin (Scott); his grandchildren, Jonathan Spink (Janet), David Spink (Emma), Max Martin (Gisselle) and Laura Martin; his great grandchildren, Nathan, Eleanor, Marla, Chad and Nico; and his friends, Haig and Carol.
