He is survived by: his wife Patricia Best (Kitch); his children, Michael Best (Nora), Jennifer Akers (Frank) and Brian Best (Holly); his grandchildren, Shannon, Shea Best, Brenna, Frank Akers, Cecilia, Tyson and Finley Best; and his sister Kathy Allen (John).
