Vernon, WA; his siblings, Roy C. Church (Dorothy) of Chaffee, NY and Mary Lou Hoffman of Port Allegany; and his sister-in-law Jackie Church of Cheektowaga, NY. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grand-children, 1 great-great-granddaughter.
