She is survived by: her close friend Paul Serrano of Gilbert, PA; her children, Kevin Hagan Jr. (Dana) of Bohemia, NY and Karen Hagan of Medford, NY.; her grandchildren, Alyssa Campanelli, Brooke Wexler, Kevin Hagan III and Payton Hagan; her great grandchildren, Gabriel, Carter, Faith and Hunter; and her brothers, Gordon Knox of Europe, Walter Knox of New York and James Knox of New York. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
