He was predeceased by: his parents, Blodwyn M. Gerhart (Bucks) and Paul H. Gerhart. He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Gerhart of Gilbertsville; and his siblings, William "Bill" A. Gerhart of Sassamansville, Blodwyn P. (late Jeffrey Weaver) of Quakertown, Cynthia D. (late Arthur Senn) of Cammal, PA. and Gary E. (Bethany Gerhart) of Boyertown. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home, Inc. (111 N Reading Ave, Boyertown, PA 19512). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at the same location.
