He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine Kugler (Grime); his parents, John R. Kugler and Agnes Kugler (Miller); and his siblings, Jake Trinley, John Kugler, Jr., Lorraine Mowrer and Aleene Ciorrocco.
He is survived by: his children, Robin Kugler and Lori (Jeff Wagner); his stepchildren, Renee (John Miller), Carol Brusch (late Jim Hoff) and Karl Baas; his grandchildren, Collin and Jaimi Wagner; and his stepgrandchildren, Jordan and Joshua Miller. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
