He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Noyes and Shirley Hull (Smith); his daughter Trina L. Lowe; his siblings, Kenneth Mott, Cathy Grayson, Tami Roy, Kal Noyes, Kevin Noyes and David Charles Noyes (Georgette); and his grandparents, John, Helen Matthews, Raymond and Agnes Noyes.
He is survived by: his wife Terry Lee Mott (Wade) of Gillett, PA; his children, Jamie W. Mott (Susan) of Hannibal, NY, Timothy J. Mott (Alisha) of Sayre, PA, Robert S. Mott (Michelle) of Woodhull, NY and Billie Jo Burdick of Elmira, NY; his siblings, Rebecca Noyes, Mike Noyes (Michelle Coryea), Laura Noyes, Ray Noyes (Valerie), Donald Noyes and Angel Burgess (David); and his close friend Steven Comfort. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Wellsburg Community Church (3662 Front St, Wellsburg, NY 14894).
