With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alexander A. Stroka (Girard, Pennsylvania), born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on August 8, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Alexander Stroka and Clara Stroka (Kuzmierczak); his wife Joanne Goodman; and his brothers, Robert Stroka and Edward Sroka.

He is survived by : his children, Dawn Stoll (Shay French), Amy Swartzfager (Jon), Christopher Stroka (Courtney) and Brian Stroka (Melody); his siblings, Mary Ann Trainer (John), Fran Surowiec (Edward) and Daniel Stroka (Ruth); his grandchildren, Alexandria, Winter Stoll, Taylor Pudlin (Mike), Jeffrey Reaves Jr., Olivia, Lillyan, Nathaniel, Isabella, Anna Katherine, Emily Stroka, Aliyah, Addyson, Ayda Barrentine and Mason Swartzfager; and his great grandchildren, Elliot and Sophia Pudlin.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the SPCA Serving Erie County, 300 Harlem Rd., West Seneca, New York 14224.
