He was predeceased by: his mother Julie Zaczyk. He is survived by: his father Lawrence Zaczyk, Sr.; and his siblings, Kathleen Hamilton (James), Margaret Brocki (Kevin), Linda Zaczyk (Matt Deniziak) and Lawrence Zaczyk, Jr.. He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews.
