He is survived by: his wife Nancy Payne (Ohmer); his children, Lindsey Delbo (Joey), Nathan and Joshua Payne; his brothers, Brian Payne (Marybeth) and Kevin Payne (Kristin); and his granddaughter Lillian Delbo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
