He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Faulkner and June M. Faulkner (Sutch). He is survived by: his wife Deb Faulkner (Laughlin); his children, Kate Faulkner and TJ Faulkner (Scott Kelly); his siblings, Janet Blystone, Beth Fox (David) and Jack Faulkner (Connie); and his sister-in-law Donna Komisarski (Mike). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Girard School District Foundation, c/o Treasurer, 1203 Lake St., Girard, PA 16417.
